Qualifications

1. Majors related to mechanical engineering, electronics, electrical appliances, automation, mold, or electrical materials.
2. Bachelor's degree from a Double First-Class university or a nationally recognized bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
3. Solid foundation in mechanical or electrical design, with knowledge of structural strength analysis or simulation.
4. Understanding of industrial raw material properties and applications, as well as familiarity with various component processing techniques.
5. Proficiency in using 2D and 3D design software or simulation software.

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in or be responsible for the design and development of structural and electrical solutions for various new products.
2. Research new technologies within or across industries and conduct preliminary studies for product development.
3. Complete various technical documents after new product design and development, implement mass production introduction for some products, and provide technical support.
4. Communicate with users on product applications and analyze and improve application anomalies.
