On the afternoon of January 27, the 2023 QC team results conference was held. At the meeting, the leaders of the centers of Future Electric were invited to serve as judges, and Mr. Lou, general manager of Future Electric, served as the leader of the judging team.
The QC team results conference was held to promote advanced quality management methods and actively carry out mass quality research activities. A total of 7 centers applied for 24 topics in this competition, which were reviewed and approved by the organizing committee, and 10 teams finally entered the on-site release link based on the implementation of the later stage. The reporters of each QC team report the QC results from the aspects of topic selection, current situation investigation, goal setting, analysis of causes, determination of key causes, and formulation of countermeasures. The expert judges explained, analyzed and reviewed the innovation, activity procedures, practical operation and promotion of the project in combination with the QC group activity standards.
