On December 9, the company organized the 2023 Lean Training Conference of "Lean Empowerment to Win in the Future", and after 294 days of lean theoretical knowledge learning and synchronous on-site combat drills, it was time to harvest results. The conference was attended by 7 research groups, and the general manager of the company, many senior executives of the company and Mr. Jin of the lean course were invited to serve as the judges of the conference.
