2024 Future Electrical Appliance Lean & APQP Training Battle

 On December 14, a grand event focusing on "operation planning and profit-making, management empowerment and efficiency-added" - the 2024 Lean Training & APQP Training and War Project Results Release Conference was held. The meeting brought together wonderful reports from 12 project teams, and specially invited the company's general manager, company executive team and lean course teacher Jin to serve as judges to witness the important moment of the annual lean and APQP training battle.

In the morning, the results of the lean training project were published to kick off. The project was tailor-made for Future Electrical Appliances by Zhifenghui, covering management and technical personnel in manufacturing, quality, technology, procurement, information and other departments. Under the careful guidance of Teacher Jin, the seven lean teams launched practical applications for key issues such as safety production, product quality, efficiency, delivery time, cost and efficiency in the seven workshops in the manufacturing center. After a series of links such as project establishment, team building, plan formulation, current situation grasp, reason analysis, goal setting, countermeasure formulation, preliminary implementation, effect verification, standardization and summary, each group finally formed a wonderful report report.

Manufacturing Mr. Chen said that through the training of lean training, everyone's thinking has been greatly explored, and they have mastered relevant lean professional tools, and successfully applied them to their daily work, achieving significant results; workshop optimization should be combined with points and surfaces, do their job well, strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, and coordinate multiple factors; lean production requires full-link collaboration, and all departments have deep participation; quality is the lifeblood of the company's products and is the core of the future electrical appliances. Only by sticking to the bottom line of quality in the market torrent can the company remain prosperous.

Finally, Mr. Chen looked forward with expectation that in the 25-year journey, everyone can actively explore innovative thinking, come up with practical and effective solutions and measures, promote lean production toward a higher level, and create more value for the company.

APQP training project results display 

 In the afternoon, the battlefield of the APQP training and combat project was also exciting. The five technical teams focus on the five core stages of product advance APQP planning, from project planning to product design and development, from process design and development to product and process confirmation, to feedback, evaluation and corrective measures, and strive for excellence in every step to ensure that the product meets customer needs and regulatory requirements since its birth. The in-depth implementation of APQP not only reduces product development costs, but also significantly improves customer satisfaction, adding another step to the future market competitiveness of electrical appliances.


 Summary speech of the deputy general manager of the technical building 

 The vice president of the Technical Building pointed out that on behalf of everyone, we thank the company for giving training and learning opportunities. Through this systematic learning, we have successfully built a benchmark example and clarified the process orientation for product development. The trainers participating in the training can focus on key points and achieve remarkable results. With the help of APQP, we will achieve the effect of improving quality and reducing losses, and lay a solid foundation for subsequent development. The follow-up work will be carried out around a comprehensive review, and strive to build an internal management document system and knowledge base to strengthen R&D management capabilities. This is an important reliance for the company to stand out in market competition. We must deeply integrate the concepts and methods of APQP into daily operations, continuously promote process optimization, efficiency improvement and cost reduction, inject strong impetus into the company's steady progress, and fully promote the company's development to a new level.

1. The two projects of Lean Training and APQP were very successful. The team members not only gained personal learning and growth, but also achieved quality and efficiency improvement from the projects.

2. Through the implementation of APQP, the team can fully consider production, quality, customer needs and risks in the early stage of design, use scientific means to control the process, avoid blind trial and error, clarify design problems in advance, and ensure that the design results are relatively complete and reliable.

3. In 2025, the company will deeply transform what it has learned, thought and expect in 2024, effectively reducing the intensity of repeated work, product errors, rework and repairs, and communication costs, improve communication accuracy, increase effective output per unit time, focus on product value-added links, and reduce non-value-added costs.

4. Emphasize the key role of personal learning to improve one's own competitiveness.
