Future Electric Appliances’ 2025 target budget publicity and 2024 annual performance report meetings of various centers
2025-01-19On the afternoon of January 18th, Suzhou Future Electric Appliance held the 2025 Target Budget Promotion and the 2024 Annual Department Debriefing Meeting. In the past 2024, we had our share of joys and sorrows, faced difficulties, and also reaped rewards. As we bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new one, we gathered here to summarize the past, review our achievements, and embark on a new journey with a spirit of dedication and innovation, ready to embrace new glories.
This meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Jin of the Administrative Center and centered around two agendas: "2025 Target Budget Promotion" and "2024 Annual Department Debriefing".
2025 Target Budget Promotion

At the beginning of the meeting, General Manager Lou conducted the promotion of the 2025 target budget. Through General Manager Lou's explanation, everyone had a clear understanding of the goals and budget for the new year and firmly believed that under his leadership, they could flexibly face challenges like a nimble snake and strive towards the goals.
2024 Annual Department Debriefing

In this meeting, the heads of the Marketing, Manufacturing, R & D, Quality, Production Technology, Finance, Information, and Administrative departments took turns to present on stage.
In the first half of the meeting, we listened to the heads of the Marketing, Manufacturing, R & D, and Quality departments summarize their departments' work in 2024 and briefly plan and deploy the key work for 2025:
1. Work Planning and Time Management : Sort tasks by importance and strictly control the time - nodes of key projects to ensure the timely progress of all work.
2. Supplier Audit : Further strengthen the audit of procurement suppliers, strictly follow the established standards, and conduct a comprehensive and in - depth evaluation of suppliers from multiple dimensions to ensure the stable and reliable quality of raw materials.
3. Product Delivery Timeliness Rate : Optimize the supply chain to improve the product delivery timeliness rate.
4. Cultivation of Technical Personnel: Increase the recruitment of technical talents and formulate a comprehensive talent cultivation plan to inject new vitality into the company's technical team and continuously improve the team's professional ability and innovation level.

In the second half of the meeting, we listened to the heads of the Production Technology, Finance, Information, and Administrative departments summarize their departments' work in 2024 and briefly plan and deploy the key work for 2025:
1. Cost Reduction, Efficiency Improvement, and Quality Enhancement : Fully implement the rapid conversion of new products, deeply optimize the processes of old products, vigorously promote lean improvements in the workshop, and enhance the automation level to achieve "cost reduction", "efficiency improvement", and "quality improvement", thereby enhancing the company's market competitiveness.
2. Efficiency Optimization : Optimize the ERP system to improve its operational convenience; optimize the OA system to simplify the business approval process; optimize the HR system to improve the efficiency of human resource management.
3. Informatization Construction : Increase investment in informatization construction and promote the company's digital transformation with the help of the lean system.
4. Human Resource Assessment : Optimize the human resource assessment system to improve the company's overall management level.
5. Customer Satisfaction : Focus on customers and improve customer satisfaction.
6. Cross - Departmental Collaboration : Strengthen cross - departmental cooperation and communication.
