Hazard Clearance and Rectification ​

"Safety Knows No Blind Spots, Hazards Are Zero-Tolerated!" During the "Hazard Clearance Action", the Environmental and Safety Department took the lead in forming a special team, collaborating with various departments to carry out a carpet-style rectification of hazards identified before June. By establishing a "one hazard, one file" system, clarifying rectification responsible persons and deadlines, and conducting real-time tracking of rectification progress, a closed-loop for hazard rectification was ensured. For repeatedly occurring hazards, strict assessment was implemented in accordance with regulations, successfully achieving "dynamic clearance" of hazards to escort safe production.

Safety Training ​

The company-level safety training for new employees joining in 2025 was successfully carried out. The training covered rich contents such as basic safety knowledge, laws and regulations, on-site emergency response methods, etc., helping new employees quickly master safety key points and laying a foundation for safe production.

Emergency Practical Drills ​

"Training as if for real combat, preventing potential dangers!" In line with risk characteristics and emergency drill plans, the company concentrated on conducting multiple practical drills and tabletop exercises. During the hazardous chemical leakage drill, the emergency team responded swiftly and handled the situation precisely; in the mechanical injury drill, the rescue process was standardized and efficient; at the elevator entrapment drill site, reassuring passengers and rescue operations were carried out in an orderly manner; the radiation safety accident drill even simulated collaborative response in complex scenarios. Through repeated drills, employees' emergency response and collaborative combat capabilities have been significantly enhanced.

Hazard Investigation Challenge ​

"The most popular 'Hazard Investigation Grand Challenge' attracted enthusiastic participation from all employees as soon as it was launched. Photos documenting on-site hazards in the company became 'test questions', and employees transformed into 'safety detectives', carefully observing and analyzing, and relying on solid safety knowledge to identify hazards. Employees who answered correctly happily received small gifts. In a relaxed and fun atmosphere, everyone's awareness and ability to investigate safety hazards were further strengthened."
