With solid practices and outstanding achievements in green manufacturing and low-carbon development, our company has been honorably selected as a National Green Factory!This honor is an official recognition of our commitment to sustainable development and deep cultivation in green production.It also marks that our company’s green development level ranks among the top in the industry.

As a key benchmark for measuring green production in enterprises, the National Green Factory certification covers multiple critical dimensions such as low-carbon energy use and efficient resource utilization.In the construction of our green factory, we have established a comprehensive energy management system. Through measures including the construction of photovoltaic power stations and the replacement of high-efficiency air compressors, we have driven the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product down from 0.52 tce per 10,000 units in the base year to 0.45 tce per 10,000 units in 2025. Our carbon emission performance ranks among the top 5% in the industry.Meanwhile, we uphold the concept of material conservation from design to the end of production. Our core raw material consumption indicators are among the best in the industry, and the comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste has reached 81.4%, achieving efficient recycling of resources.
Going forward, we will take the recognition as a National Green Factory as a brand-new starting point, further deepen our green transformation, and firmly follow the path of green, low-carbon and high-quality development.We will actively promote the certification of greenhouse gas management systems and energy management systems to establish a systematic green management mechanism. We will continue to carry out energy and water conservation training, constantly optimize production processes, effectively reduce energy consumption, and significantly improve production efficiency. We will rationally draw on advanced experience in land intensification to further enhance land use efficiency, achieving coordinated development of resource conservation and benefit improvement.With more practical measures, we will uphold the concept of green development, explore models of green manufacturing, and contribute practical experience to the green transformation of the industry.
2023 Future Electrical QC Team Results Conference
The QC team results conference was held to promote advanced quality management methods and actively carry out mass quality research activities. A total of 7 centers applied for 24 topics in this competition, which were reviewed and approved by the organizing committee, and 10 teams finally entered the on-site release link based on the implementation of the later stage. The reporters of each QC team report the QC results from the aspects of topic selection, current situation investigation, goal setting, analysis of causes, determination of key causes, and formulation of countermeasures.
