In December 2020, the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology formulated and issued the "Work Plan for Accelerating the Intelligent Transformation and Digital Transformation of the City's Manufacturing Industry" to lead manufacturing enterprises to carry out intelligent transformation and digital transformation projects.
The "Plan" highlights the main position of enterprises and lists some work measures for intelligent transformation and digital transformation projects, mainly including intelligent manufacturing diagnostic service projects, intelligent digital transformation projects, enterprise cloud projects, demonstration benchmarking projects, and intelligent manufacturing basic management capability improvement projects.
According to the deployment, in 2021, the city will provide free diagnosis for 600 workshops and 40 factories, and once in the first half of the year and the second half of the year, and at the same time encourage cities and districts to implement more free diagnosis in subdivided industries and subdivisions. Through the "settled" service of experts going deep into the front line of workstations, production lines and workshops, we will promote the in-depth docking of intelligent manufacturing technology resources with enterprises, drive enterprises to increase investment in technological transformation, and improve the level of intelligent manufacturing. By 2023, a total of about 2,000 enterprises in the city will be provided with intelligent manufacturing diagnostic services.
In addition, in 2021, the city will build 20 provincial and municipal demonstration intelligent factories, 300 provincial and municipal demonstration intelligent workshops, and promote the application of 10,000 industrial robots. Strengthen the application of the industrial Internet in the ten major industrial clusters, and build an industrial Internet benchmark factory with the whole industrial chain, the whole manufacturing process, and the whole life cycle of products. In 2021, 12 national pilot demonstration projects for the integrated development of manufacturing and the Internet and 15 provincial industrial Internet development demonstration enterprises (platforms and benchmark factories) will be created. By 2023, a total of 1,000 provincial and municipal demonstration intelligent workshops will be built, and a total of 100 provincial and municipal demonstration smart factories and industrial Internet development demonstration enterprises will be built.

Through intelligent transformation and digital transformation, the company's operation and management have achieved remarkable results, with an average annual increase of 25% in net profit, a 50% increase in per capita output value, and a 25% increase in the timely delivery rate of orders, which has greatly enhanced the core competitiveness of the company.
