Insight into people's hearts and efficient communication

On March 20, 2021, the Future Electrical Enterprise College ushered in its first open class - "Management Communication with Insight into People's Hearts". The course attracted more than 30 middle and senior executives to participate in the training over the weekend.

The trainees were divided into 6 groups, and in the class, Mr. Cheng took us to appreciate the essence of management models such as "management communication model", "organizational structure model", "5W1H model", "Thomas-Kerman conflict model", "OCO model" and "SHARE model". The most attractive thing is the "--- Social Personality Color Test" and "Thomas Kerman Conflict Pattern Scale Test", the students enthusiastically participated in two rounds of tests, and analyzed their social personality with the help of the teacher, which not only helped the students to recognize themselves, but also provided each senior executive with the confusion of solving the communication conflict and team staffing problems in the current work. The students also challenged the organizational innovation consciousness of each group in a short period of time through the construction of Lego toys, and the vivid and interesting classroom atmosphere ran through the two-day training, and Mr. Cheng's entertaining teaching style was highly recognized by all the students.

To promote action, the unity of knowledge and action is the ultimate goal of this course, the students give up rest, holding the empty cup mentality of "non-learning is not to be broad-minded, non-ambition is not to learn", and finally the harvest is full, as the so-called heart to wait, live up to the time, the future can be expected!
