(1) The current market demand is changing rapidly, competition incentives, quality, price and service are indispensable. But we want to embody our expertise and attract and firmly grasp customers through fast development, reliable performance and reasonable cost;
(2) Our product specifications are varied, and the design of new products should be standardized and generalized as much as possible to facilitate manufacturing;
(3) The process should be standardized, the progress should be orderly, the nodes should be controlled, and the market application should be tracked and understood;
(4) Project development needs to be coordinated and promoted by various departments, and information needs should be shared in a timely manner to get more support.
Mr. Lou said that at present, the epidemic has become normalized, and there are still more enterprises growing steadily, so we must have a sense of improvement and not slack off.
(1) R&D and marketing are the two major driving departments of the company, time is very important to us, and the speed of innovation is competitiveness.
(2) The spirit of the quarterly meeting is to let us analyze the problems in the technical research and development of the project, find out the real essential reasons, and review ourselves.
(3) We should deal with problems through communication, trade-offs (decision-making after multi-department review), speak with data, and improve R&D efficiency.

The QC team results conference was held to promote advanced quality management methods and actively carry out mass quality research activities. A total of 7 centers applied for 24 topics in this competition, which were reviewed and approved by the organizing committee, and 10 teams finally entered the on-site release link based on the implementation of the later stage.
