Learn Through Inquiry Build Consensus | Future Electric Launches Biodiversity Knowledge Q&A Campaign
2025-11-04 To further advance the practice of sustainable development initiatives and enhance employees' awareness of biodiversity conservation, the company recently organized a "Biodiversity Conservation Knowledge Q&A" activity. Centered on biodiversity and ecological conservation topics that employees can easily perceive in daily life, this activity adopted a lightweight Q&A format to create an internal learning atmosphere of "learning through questions and thinking through learning," and received positive feedback.
Daily Questions Hold Ecological Answers
The questionnaire included 10 multiple-choice questions, covering aspects such as basic concepts of biodiversity, corporate ecological responsibilities, industry sustainable development practices, and local ecological conservation cases in Suzhou. The questions were closely connected to real-life scenarios, ranging from "whether factory greening contributes to ecological development" to "how to deal with injured wild animals during commuting." They not only popularized ecological conservation knowledge but also linked to the company’s geographical location and industry reality, prompting employees to pay attention to and reflect on the current status and crises of ecological conservation and biodiversity.
Full Staff Participation, Lighthearted Interaction
This Q&A activity was held in the company canteen during employees' lunch breaks, featuring a relaxed format and vibrant atmosphere; employees on-site participated actively, and after scanning the QR code to answer questions, discussions and exchanges could be heard from time to time, creating a strong learning atmosphere. According to statistics, a total of 189 employees took part in this activity, and many noted that it was an "interesting and practical" learning experience focused on environmental protection.

Orange-Scented Rewards, Green Legacy
To enhance the activity's fun, the company prepared a special reward for employees who scored full marks—a bag of pollution-free oranges from Xishan Orchard by Taihu Lake. This small gesture not only brought a sweet surprise but also symbolizes the green concept advocated by the company, which "nourishes things silently like gentle rain".

Note: The oranges for this event were sourced from local orchards in Xishan by Taihu Lake. This choice not only prioritizes support for eco-friendly agricultural products but also contributes a small part to rural revitalization.
