Future Electric Appliances 2025 Fire Drill: Fortify Safety Through Practice, Uphold "National Fire Protection, Life First"
2025-11-14On November 13, 2025, amid the strong atmosphere of the national "National Fire Protection, Life First – Safe Use of Fire and Electricity" Fire Protection Publicity Month campaign, a company-wide fire drill organized by Future Electric Appliances was successfully carried out and concluded.
With a simulated scenario of a sudden fire breaking out in a workshop of the Manufacturing Center, this drill saw the company's emergency response team collaborate with the Beiqiao Fire Brigade. Through two core segments – fire evacuation and escape, and hands-on operation of dry powder fire extinguishers – the drill comprehensively tested the enterprise's emergency response capabilities, thus building a solid safety barrier for all employees.
The drill has concluded successfully, and all objectives have been achieved.
✅ System Implementation: The fire management system has been tested in practical scenarios, transitioning from "paperwork" to "real-world application" with smoother emergency coordination.
✅ Awareness Enhancement: The fluke mentality that "fires are far from me" has been shattered, and all employees' awareness of fire safety precautions has been significantly strengthened.
✅ Skill Acquisition: Employees have proficiently mastered escape skills such as "covering noses and evacuating in a low posture", further enhancing their self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities.
✅ Knowledge and Practice Integration: Instructors from the fire brigade provided on-site teaching, enabling all employees to understand the principle of dry powder fire extinguishers and master the key operation of "pull, aim, squeeze, sweep".
✅ Response Acceleration: All links are connected in an orderly manner, the efficiency of the entire staff's emergency response has been improved, and the response to sudden situations has become more calm.
Fire Emergency Response
At the start of the drill, a simulated employee discovered that the fire in the workshop had gotten out of control and immediately reported it to the safety officer. The safety officer then pressed the alarm – the bell and public address system were activated simultaneously, with a compact and non-delayed response that fully demonstrated proficiency in the process.
Evacuation
Employees in the production building and office building took immediate action upon hearing the alarm: under the guidance of instructors, they covered their noses, maintained a low posture, and evacuated along the preset routes to the company square. Meanwhile, the fire brigade simulated casualty rescue. All employees assembled within minutes, with a "zero-missing" headcount.
Practical Operation Session
After the training session, personnel from the drill support team ignited the prearranged combustibles in oil barrels to simulate real initial fire scenarios. Employees from various workshops and departments took turns to practice hands-on: following the steps explained by the instructors, they held dry powder fire extinguishers and sprayed directly at the base of the flames, quickly extinguishing all open fires. Through this practical operation, employees successfully transformed "theoretical knowledge" into "practical combat capabilities" and effectively mastered fire-fighting skills.

The QC team results conference was held to promote advanced quality management methods and actively carry out mass quality research activities.
