      Project leaders and product managersThe progress, difficulties and follow-up plans of the R&D work of frame accessories, molded case accessories and intelligent terminal product lines were reported.

①、Compared with the first half of last yearIn the future, the R&D center of electrical appliances has added an independent IoT research institute to select cutting-edge high-tech talents to help R&D innovation in science and technology;

②、Inside the R&D centerIn the form of project system and product line, horizontal and vertical talent training mechanism, let product managers and R&D front-line personnel participate in it, and constantly go out to find and solve problems;

③、External collaborationProduct managers and technical R&D personnel participate in the discussion of marketing strategy promotion plans, customer negotiations, and supervision and information collection of first-line workshop samples.

Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, Informationand the heads of each center gave guidance from different perspectives:

(1) At the customer level, it is necessary to maintain close technical exchanges with customers and fully understand customer needs;

(2) The openness and transparency and information sharing of the horizontal departments in the R&D process facilitate the promotion of the project and obtain more support;

(3) The process should be standardized, the progress should be orderly, and the nodes should be controlled;

(4) There should be technological innovation and cost sensitivity.

Director Mao of R&D Center,After listening to the report of the department and the suggestions of the representatives of each center, four points of improvement in the R&D center were pointed out:

(1) Strengthen the management and control of the time nodes of the project system.

(2) Dig deep into technical functions and strengthen process capabilities and functions.

(3) The cost of the product should be sensitive.

(4) Strengthen the talent training plan and recruit talents.

Mr. Lou said that R&D and innovation are the core competencies of the company, and product innovation, technological innovation and process innovation are endless. We must pay attention to all new technologies, new fields, and new needs, and grasp the direction of research and development. Excellent design is the source, that is, the DNA of the product, which determines whether the performance of each node of the product life cycle is excellent. For the training of technical personnel and the improvement of personal ability, the company will provide a platform and opportunities, but it is more necessary for everyone to actively participate in practice, grasp the opportunity of every project, exercise themselves and create value for the company and customers.
