Share, grow, win-win

On the afternoon of January 27, 2021, the 2020 Technology Center Sharing Meeting was held on the 4th floor of the R&D Center. All the staff of the technology center participated in the sharing activity.

       First of all, Vice President Lou introduced the company's development overview and five-year strategic plan to all R&D personnel. Subsequently, the sharing meeting officially began, in order to better show themselves, each R&D personnel made exquisite PPT with their hearts, and the engineers came to the stage to share their work experience, problems encountered, and experience in solving problems. Usually rigorous and introverted, they can share their work results can be clear and eloquent, the courage to show themselves, and actively show their own demeanor, especially commendable is that as R & D personnel, are willing to share the process of solving problems in the work, colleagues have more tacit understanding and understanding, and each other's working methods can also learn from each other.

       This event is the first time that the technology center has tried to conduct an annual debriefing in the form of a sharing meeting, although it is a little immature but wonderful. We also look forward to the end of 2021 to walk into the R&D center again to share the experience, so that we can appreciate the different style of engineers.
