The R&D center of Suzhou Future Electric Co., Ltd. decomposes and implements the annual work of the center with the goal of product research and development to a higher level, and the administrative center to achieve results in the construction of talent echelon. This strategic cooperation mainly involves technical support for product research and development and talent echelon construction. Changshu Institute of Technology assists our R&D center in mechanical analysis and structural optimization of products, improves product reliability and cost performance, and realizes products to quickly respond to market needs. At the same time, it is planned to hire outstanding doctors from the college to join the future team, apply for vice president of science and technology or project to enter the postdoctoral research workstation of the enterprise, and the teacher will lead the students to form the "future electrical project team" to realize the early intervention of technology research and development and product development, and lay a solid foundation for the company to select qualified research and development talents.
