The signing ceremony is divided into three agendas, one is for the company's general manager to make an important speech for the commitment ceremony; Second, more than 50 administrative cadres present at the meeting signed the "Performance Commitment and Confidentiality and Non-competition Agreement"; Third, the general manager of the company will lead all administrative cadres to take the oath of commitment to perform their duties. The company hopes to guide the administrative cadres of each center to take a more resolute attitude, more effective measures and a more pragmatic style through the way of centralized public commitment, so as to make a good start for the implementation of our company's Eighth Five-Year Plan!
In his speech, Mr. Lou put forward the work requirements of "three new, three cadres and three responsibilities", which is "to have new improvements in work coordinates, new explorations in the work of the department, and new support in work motivation"; The three cadres are "the work orientation of wanting to do things, daring to do things, and getting things done", and the three responsibilities are "the responsibility of performance pressure, the responsibility of breaking the old and establishing the new, and the responsibility of taking responsibility"!
